This position allows for remote work, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still engaging with a supportive team. Our team operates within a climate-controlled office setting, and while most work will be done remotely, there may be occasional in-office collaboration with colleagues and healthcare providers. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and needs, using tools and frameworks such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and address the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor and continually assess patients’ progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to support effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical information, in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect desired outcomes and care strategies.
• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
• Coordinate referrals to other services as necessary, maintaining effective communication with external treatment providers.

This role primarily focuses on providing care to individuals and families affected by cancer diagnoses. You will work closely with patients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored support, helping them navigate their mental health journey through evidence-based therapeutic methodologies. Our patient population will require a compassionate and informed approach to care that encompasses emotional, psychological, and social aspects of their experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.
• A current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective patient interactions and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Experience in a similar outpatient therapy role, particularly working with cancer patients or other chronic illness populations, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices as well as previous experience in a team-oriented healthcare setting can enhance your effectiveness in this position.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, complemented by a range of attractive benefits, including:
