Join Thermo King as a Service Manager for our Marine platform and play a key role in shaping the performance, reliability, and growth of our marine product portfolio across the Eastern United States and Canada! In this high-impact role, you'll combine technical expertise, commercial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product improvements, support aftermarket growth, resolve complex service issues, manage warranty programs, and deliver training and tools that help our teams, dealers, and customers succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about marine refrigeration, problem-solving, and leading service excellence in a dynamic global business.

What you will do:

  • Drive and support improvement projectsfor Thermo King marine products (reefers and genset).

  • Deliver on commercial strategy on aftermarket parts sales in the Eastern United States and Canada.

  • Provide monthly forecast information.

  • Manage commercial warranty spend.

  • Provide internal technical supportto Thermo King sales and service employees in North America and globally.

  • Provide technical service inputto engineering, product and aftermarket to support new product development or product improvement.

  • Resolving technical and software related problemsthat are beyond the scale or capabilities of what the field service managers are able to handle.

  • Act as first contact to the warranty team.

  • Monitor the administration of extended warranty and maintenance programsdone by aftermarket and warranty teams in Tavant system.

  • Coordinate the need and deliver technical trainingto customers and dealers.

  • Assist with the creation of technical manuals and bulletinsfor dealers and customers.

  • Administration of iServiceplatform content.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Basic (required) to advanced (preferred) analytics and use of MS Excel.

  • Basic to advanced refrigeration knowledge required.

  • Mechanical and/or electronical advanced knowledge is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels, being to dealers, direct reports, manager and VP.

  • Must be willing and able to travel into Canada.

$86,200.00 - $130,269.99
