• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and guidance they need.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of clinical interactions, adhering to industry regulatory standards and best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to support clinical decision-making and enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to outline effective strategies.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining a high standard of professional accountability.
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems and community partners, facilitating access to resources and support.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

The LMHC will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing emotional health issues, substance dependencies, developmental disorders, and traumatic brain injuries. Our holistic approach prioritizes patient-centered care, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering resilience and promoting pathways to recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required to ensure a solid foundation of clinical knowledge and practice.
• An independent LMHC license is necessary to provide clinical services and fulfill regulatory obligations.

• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling, with a focus on person-driven care and recovery-oriented practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and screening tools in the mental health field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients, families, and community partners.
• Previous involvement with licensing and accreditation processes would be advantageous.
