This position is entirely remote, designed to accommodate a work-from-home lifestyle that enhances work-life balance for our therapists. Our innovative telehealth model enables Mental Health Counselors to conduct sessions via video conferencing, ensuring clients receive critical mental health support regardless of their location. Counselors will have the flexibility to choose their hours Monday through Friday, providing the autonomy needed to manage their caseloads effectively.

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapy needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients using various therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver high-quality virtual sessions that prioritize client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Address crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring clients receive immediate support when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and ethics.

Our clientele is diverse, consisting primarily of adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each counselor is encouraged to tailor their therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs, fostering a supportive and empowering environment that significantly enhances patient outcomes.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to manage a balanced caseload effectively.

Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is preferred, as it helps our team members navigate the unique challenges and benefits that remote therapy provides. Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic approaches can also enhance the effectiveness of the counseling services delivered.

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $90,000 and reaching up to $104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
