The Client seeks efficiencies of operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products
introduced to Client suite of services which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies.
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
  • Application Development & Solution Design
    • Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including:
      • Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
      • Power Pages
      • Power Automate cloud flows and approvals
      • on-Prem and Cloud Relation Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and
      • Dataverse data models, business rules, and security roles
      • Power BI reports and dashboards
    • Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions
    • Develop reusable components, patterns, and templates aligned with the Client standards.
    • Knowledge transfer and train our in-house developers to come up to speed
  • Integration & Architecture
    • Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
      • Microsoft 365 services
      • Dynamics 365 (where applicable)
      • Azure services and external systems via connectors and APIs
      • Apply best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Governance, Security & Compliance
    • Implement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environmental strategies
    • Ensure solutions comply with the Client standards and applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., security, privacy, accessibility)

  • 5 + years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
