Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations to lead the strategy, support, and optimization of enterprise business applications and system integrations across a multi-site organization. This individual will oversee a team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 support while driving enterprise integration initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and business performance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative technology leader who can bridge business and technical teams, establish best practices, and deliver scalable solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the enterprise strategy for business applications, system integrations, and data connectivity across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Customer Engagement environments.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise integrations using Microsoft technologies and cloud-based integration services.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing ERP and CRM processes, expanding system capabilities, and increasing user adoption.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise applications, integrations, and data management.
  • Ensure systems and integrations meet security, compliance, and audit requirements while leading root cause analysis and resolution for production issues.
  • Manage strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects while balancing operational priorities and long-term technology objectives.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to support enterprise technology initiatives and maintain a secure application environment.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding project status, technology roadmaps, risks, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, systems integration, or data engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams responsible for enterprise business applications and mission-critical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Customer Engagement.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions), SQL, and SSIS.
  • Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise application strategy while effectively partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills with a proven ability to influence across multiple departments.
Location & Travel

This role offers remote flexibility with travel expected approximately 20–25% of the time to support business locations, collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, facilitate user adoption, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives.
