Our telehealth facility is equipped with the necessary technology to facilitate seamless virtual therapy sessions. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated, holistic care for your clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Assist clients in navigating mental health resources and community services, enhancing their access to support.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with our organization, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and expertise will be crucial in helping individuals of all ages navigate their mental health journeys in a supportive environment.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active LPCC license in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, with a demonstrated ability to provide mental health support.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele and addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation and streamline care coordination.
• Previous involvement in team-based care approaches and multidisciplinary collaboration.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
