• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique goals and requirements.
• Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize teletherapy methods to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients in their own environments.
• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients in acute distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain abreast of mental health best practices and emerging trends in the field.

Your client population will primarily consist of adults dealing with various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship problems, and trauma-related issues. Medchoice Counseling Center emphasizes a client-centered approach, ensuring that therapy is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each individual you work with.

• Current and valid licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic relationship.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor that creates a safe space for clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload efficiently.
• Clean professional history without any disciplinary actions on record.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or in remote therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated ability to cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
