Sauvegarde des Yvelines is an association under French law 1901, which has been welcoming, advising, guiding, and supporting nearly 6000 people of all ages in difficulty in the Yvelines region since 1876.

Education, access to housing, healthcare, autonomy, culture, social and professional inclusion are its priorities. The association also places importance on training by supporting many professionals in the social and medical-social sectors.

Job Description

The Action Educative en Milieu Ouvert (A.E.M.O.) service provides support and advice to families within the framework of child protection. It works from the home and the child's environment to restore parental functions, promoting the child's good development and social integration.

The activity consists of following 175 A.E.M.O. measures, both classic and intensive, as well as A.E.D. measures. The management is carried out through meetings with the families concerned, at home or at the service, the frequency of which depends on the nature of the measure pronounced. The written component is predominant, especially for the Department of Children and Families and magistrates.

The team consists of 7 social workers, 1 CESF, 2 psychologists, and 1 front desk secretary.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You animate and direct the multi-professional team (12 employees).
  • You manage the budget, as well as the personnel and equipment of your front desk, in liaison with the field director.
  • You represent the service and the association with partners.
  • You ensure the mission of child protection in open environment, the quality of interventions, and the implementation of the diversification of intervention modalities.
  • You bring to life the associative project and its values by developing transversality and cooperation in the service of the young people's and their family's journey, of which you guarantee the rights.
