This remote full-time position allows therapists to create a work-life balance that suits their individual scheduling needs while maintaining a strong connection with clients through telehealth services. • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 weekly client visits, ensuring the delivery of tailored therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Provide exemplary customer service throughout the therapeutic process and collaborate closely with other team members to enhance overall service delivery.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to achieve and surpass their personal goals.
• Document each session comprehensively, following company policies for treatment plans, case notes, and diagnostic assessments.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate services and ensure holistic care.

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our focus includes addressing the complexities of family dynamics, youth mental health issues, and couples counseling. We also work with clients facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma, ensuring each team member is equipped to support a wide demographic.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering a therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Ability to maintain proper professional boundaries while engaging effectively with clients.
• Comfort and experience in working with diverse populations.
• Fitness to pass a background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Prior experience with mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Knowledge and familiarity with community resources to enhance client support.
• Experience addressing family therapy services and fee collection at the time of service.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
