  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 weekly client visits, ensuring the delivery of tailored therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Provide exemplary customer service throughout the therapeutic process and collaborate closely with other team members to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to achieve and surpass their personal goals.
  • Document each session comprehensively, following company policies for treatment plans, case notes, and diagnostic assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications
