As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and ensuring they receive timely assistance throughout the healthcare process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate patient cases from intake through resolution
  • Assist patients with healthcare-related questions, coverage information, and program support
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance carriers
  • Conduct outbound outreach and handle inbound inquiries as needed
  • Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate issues, identify solutions, and facilitate timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case notes within internal systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and confidentiality standards
  • Navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently to support patient needs

? Qualifications
Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
Required
  • At least 1 year of recent, verifiable experience in healthcare insurance, medical claims, case management, or a related healthcare field
  • No exceptions
  • Ability to complete the hiring process quickly
  • Commitment to excellent attendance and performance

Preferred
  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience supporting patients, providers, or healthcare programs
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Experience working with healthcare insurance plans and reimbursement programs
