Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Mortgage Claims QA Analyst to support quality assurance for FHA, VA, USDA, CWCOT, and Supplemental foreclosure claims. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a mortgage servicing professional with strong foreclosure claims experience, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance and accuracy.
This role offers a fully remote work environment with company-provided equipment, a collaborative mortgage servicing team, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on claims quality, investor compliance, and operational efficiency. You will work with experienced leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy, teamwork, process improvement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance reviews of FHA, VA, USDA, CWCOT, and Supplemental foreclosure claims prior to submission.
- Validate loan data, claim calculations, reconciliations, advances, recoverable balances, and supporting documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, documentation gaps, calculation errors, and compliance concerns before claims are filed.
- Conduct internal QA audits, track findings, maintain production records, and support ongoing quality standards.
- Partner with claims processors, servicing teams, and leadership to improve workflow efficiency and claims accuracy.
- Research documentation requests, agency inquiries, and claim trends to recommend process improvements.
