This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience and the chance to manage their own caseload from intake through resolution. The firm is flexible on experience level and will consider candidates ranging from 3+ years up to 10+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations and new client sign-ups
Draft pleadings, discovery, and other case-related documents
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Represent clients in court proceedings and contested hearings
Manage communication, calendaring, and case progression
Manage your own caseload from start to finish
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
2โ€“10 years of legal experience (background/coursework in family law preferred, but flexible)
Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated, responsible, and open to mentorship
