Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, Southern California, has immediate openings for civil litigation attorneys and welcome all experience levels to apply. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.
Our practice groups have several openings for attorneys with experience handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare, Construction, and Professional Liability. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:
  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
