• Assess and evaluate clients' emotional and psychological conditions, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs, goals, and preferences, incorporating various therapeutic modalities like structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and communication therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders and relationship issues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them on their healing journey.

• Track and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Remain up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to enhance therapeutic strategies and outcomes.

• Maintain clear and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training to further enrich your skills.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and work to reduce mental health stigma within the community.

The primary focus of this role centers around individuals and families experiencing relationship challenges, including but not limited to divorce, infidelity, and communication struggles. The clients you will work with seek guidance for navigating complex emotional landscapes and desire a trusted partner in their therapeutic journey. • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage workload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an ability to customize therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic models and techniques, particularly those relevant to divorce and relationship counseling.

• A track record of successful client engagement and positive outcome measures.

• The salary range for this position is competitively set between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
