This role offers long-term, stable employment and a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.Summary of the Position:Perricone Farms is seeking a results-driven and strategic National Account Manager to expand our footprint in the retail sector. This role is responsible for growing sales and distribution across both branded and private label product lines, focusing on existing retail partnerships while aggressively pursuing new customer acquisition.Responsibilities:Drive Retail Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand sales and distribution with current and new retail customers across branded and private label lines.Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new retail customers through strategic outreach and relationship building.Data-Driven Insights: Provide timely, accurate data on pricing, promotions, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and thought leadership skills to link customers and strategies and objectives and leverage insights to develop profitable growth plans.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing national accounts, negotiating contracts, and delivering on sales targets. Ability to plan and simultaneously manage major projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organized, focused, and efficient way to meet objectives and deadlines.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client-centric approach.
