Technician Coordinator. This is a remote position – Immediate hire – will train
- Tracking technicians
- Technician relationships
- Hiring technicians
- Tech availability
- Maintaining a chart for active technicians
- Technician walk-throughs/descriptions
- Customer follow-up calls (Mid-service and Post-repair)
- 15.00 per hour. Increases within the year based on job performance.
Please read carefully: We will train – Heavy call volume, entering customer information into CRM program, interviewing processes, must have experience in customer service, and computer experience is a must: scheduling and hiring.
You will need a laptop or desktop computer. A tablet or Chromebook does not work with our platform.
This is a full-time, long-term remote position. If you are unable to work uninterrupted full-time, please do not apply.
