Job description

Technician Coordinator. This is a remote position – Immediate hire – will train

  1. Tracking technicians
  2. Technician relationships
  3. Hiring technicians
  4. Tech availability
  5. Maintaining a chart for active technicians
  6. Technician walk-throughs/descriptions
  7. Customer follow-up calls (Mid-service and Post-repair)
  8. 15.00 per hour. Increases within the year based on job performance.

Please read carefully: We will train – Heavy call volume, entering customer information into CRM program, interviewing processes, must have experience in customer service, and computer experience is a must: scheduling and hiring.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer. A tablet or Chromebook does not work with our platform.

This is a full-time, long-term remote position. If you are unable to work uninterrupted full-time, please do not apply.
