This remote position utilizes telehealth technology, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while fostering a work-life balance. Telehealth offers flexibility while ensuring clients receive necessary support through virtual platforms that adhere to ethical and professional standards. You'll engage with clients through secure video conferencing, phone calls, and digital communication, maintaining our commitment to confidentiality and effective service delivery.

• Implement principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in all therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose mental health disorders, ensuring tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Design and lead group therapy activities for children, families, and multi-family groups, focusing on psychoeducation and shared experience.
• Maintain documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with agency policies using electronic health records (EHR).
• Participate in clinical supervision, incorporating feedback and continuous learning into practice through a minimum of two hours of supervision per month.
• Coordinate with other professionals and agencies involved in client care – including schools, childcare providers, and social services – to ensure comprehensive and multi-systemic support.
• Engage in ongoing training and development through continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

This role emphasizes working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, providing critical support for mental health conditions and facilitating recovery and resilience. Understanding the unique developmental needs of younger clients will be essential in shaping your therapeutic approach.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work (e.g., MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An active and independent license in Oregon or the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Strong typing and computer skills, particularly in electronic medical records management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively correspond with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working with trauma-informed approaches and culturally appropriate frameworks.
• Previous experience managing a high caseload and engaging with various community providers and support networks.
