What You’ll Do
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments using our CRM and lead system
• Meet with clients virtually to assess insurance and retirement planning needs
• Recommend life insurance and retirement solutions based on client goals and budget
• Guide clients through underwriting and policy issuance
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments using our CRM and lead system
• Build long-term client relationships through education and service
• Learn proven sales systems and personal development strategies
• Optionally grow into leadership and agency ownership opportunities

Compensation
• 1099 independent contractor position

Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Life insurance license preferred (licensing support may be available depending on
state)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
