Life Escape Counseling Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Your role will be instrumental in providing high-quality support and services to children facing serious health challenges as part of our hospice care program. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Escape Counseling Center, you will take on several key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families, ensuring tailored plans are developed.
• Actively participating in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation processes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance child outcomes.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of intervention strategies and providing timely feedback regarding child and family progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Building strong rapport with children, families, and team members to establish a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to development.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and coaching models to empower families with strategies designed to enhance their child's growth within natural learning environments.
• Educating families on techniques to foster their child’s development and providing ongoing support and resources.
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations related to social work practices and ensuring the health and safety standards for all individuals served.

Your primary focus will be on young children under hospice care, including those with disabilities, delays, or chronic illnesses. Through early intervention services, you will champion the development of essential skills in the critical early years of life, addressing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication needs. Your insights will directly enhance not only child welfare but also family dynamics during challenging times.

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary.
• Ability to adapt strategies to cater to various learning styles and individual treatment plans for children.
• Strong organizational and time management skills that ensure effective service delivery.
• Exceptional communication abilities, fostering effective collaboration with families and team members.
• A commitment to promoting Natural Learning Environment Practices in therapy.

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention programs with children and families.
• Bilingual skills to better serve our diverse client base.
• A demonstrated history of fostering collaborative relationships in multidisciplinary settings.
