• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients either by phone or through virtual consultations, gathering pertinent information that informs treatment plans.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Coordinate with external agencies and community resources to ensure clients receive holistic care and services tailored to their specific needs.
• Engage clients and their families in goal-setting and self-improvement activities to foster personal growth.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and service referrals in a secure electronic health records system.
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in social work.
• Monitor and report signs of potential child abuse to appropriate authorities as part of safeguarding protocols.

The ideal candidate will focus on serving a diverse client base including children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing difficulties related to trauma, mental illness, and instability due to substance abuse. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a social work capacity is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
