Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Part-Time (Bethesda Clinic, Afternoon/Evening Hours)Make a Lasting Impact in a Supportive Clinic Environment

National Therapy Center seeks an experienced part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Bethesda clinic team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality pediatric care and who are comfortable working independently under remote supervision.

This clinic-based position offers a consistent afternoon/evening schedule from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, up to four days per week, and is perfect for candidates seeking flexible part-time hours.

Your Role:
  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy to pediatric clients.

  • Implement OT-developed treatment plans with remote oversight.

  • Accurately document sessions and progress promptly.

  • Collaborate with families and clinic staff to align therapy goals.

  • Maintain a minimum of 10 and no more than 24 clinic-based billable hours per week within your assigned 2:30-6:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Active COTA license in Maryland.

  • 3-5 years of pediatric experience required.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Must be comfortable working independently under remote supervision.
