• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify psychosocial problems and barriers to treatment, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to design and implement individualized treatment plans that support students’ mental health needs, enhance their academic performance, and promote their overall well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide impactful individual and group therapy sessions, working to guide patients in overcoming personal challenges related to mental health.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with professional standards and departmental policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing high-quality care.
• Facilitate community resource connections and advocate for patients and their families in acquiring the necessary support systems for sustained improvement in mental health.
• Maintain a collaborative approach by providing consultations to other healthcare providers, participating in care team meetings, and contributing to integrated treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, remaining current on best practices, community resources, and therapeutic advancements relevant to the populations served.

This role primarily focuses on serving children, adolescents, and their families through school-based services. Understanding the unique challenges faced by young individuals, including academic pressures, social dynamics, and developmental needs, is crucial to providing effective psychosocial support. You will play a pivotal role in assisting students in navigating their mental health challenges and maximizing their potential.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health care principles, especially in the context of school environments and child development.

• Minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience, ideally within educational or community health settings.
• Experience working with youth populations, addressing diverse cultural backgrounds, and understanding varying developmental stages.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic medical record systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
