As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager in the Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO (OCIO) Organizational Change Management team, you will play a significant role in leading change management for technology implementation programs. Specifically, you will support our DT-US executive teams on organizational change management activities for strategic technology programs/projects. As part of this team, you will participate in the design and implementation of change management strategies, plans, and activities.

The DT-US Organizational Change Management team is part of the Office of CIO (OCIO) and reports to the US OCIO Leader. The OCIO leads the development and implementation for technology strategy at Deloitte and drives the strategic initiatives to build market leading technology capabilities. DT-US powers IT for Deloitte's 180K+ professionals while supporting business priorities and transformational initiatives in areas such as AI, Cloud, and Cyber.

Work you'll do:

The OCM Manager will support the design, implementation, and execution of change strategies and efforts to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant technology and behavioral changes that are associated with large transformation programs. We are looking for someone with strong change management and communication abilities who excels in creatively managing change within complex organizations. 

As part of your responsibilities, you will be asked to provide change management support to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The OCM Manager will devise new methods and procedures such as developing plans, creating content, engaging Business and/or Enterprise Solutions stakeholders, overseeing change activities (e.g., stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis) and executing on respective plans. The OCM Manager will advise and provide recommendations to stakeholders on change management matters and monitors readiness and adoption. The OCM team collaborations closely with DT-US Project Management and Communications teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies
  • Support the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to accelerate ROI of initiatives; collaborate across programs and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans
  • Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in with changes
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content for strategic programs
  • Plan, develop, and work with leadership to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about key changes
  • Measure effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to best drive adoption
  • Regularly report on change activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues
  • Keeping informed on industry trends / leading best practices around organizational change management and proactively incorporating those leading practices into our evolving methodologies, tools, templates, processes, and organizational thinking for continuous improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in change management related to strategic transformations
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, and/or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 1+ year(s) of people management experience, either directly supervising individual(s) or a team
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve; this role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
