Job description

Location: Remote - Travel out of the Midwest/Central Region (90% Travel)
The Regional Vice President of Execution - Select Service Hotels will provide multi-unit leadership, focusing on guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and owner satisfaction. Acting as a direct supervisor to General Managers, the Regional Vice President of Operations will provide support and resources, both in person and remotely. This position will be posted internally.
Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all financial aspects of each hotel in portfolio: P&L, flow through, capex, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensures operational excellence for all hotels in portfolio; provides support, critique and guidance to hotels falling short of brand standards and/or company expectations.
  • Ensure brand QA compliance and approving action plans generated by hotel.
  • Acts as role model and provide guidance on MCR culture. Selects, develops, manages, and leads General Managers.
  • Guides, develops, and implements policies, procedure and systems to improve business operations.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience with multi-unit management
  • Travel 90% of the time
  • Must have at least 5 years of General Manager experience in a Select or Focused Service Food & Beverage Hotel
  • Hilton and Marriott Brand experience strongly preferred.
