This role is conducted entirely through telehealth services, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Counsel clients individually via secure video sessions to enhance their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Encourage open discussions about clients' emotions, past experiences, and current challenges to help them gain insight into their behaviors and relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting in defining personal goals and guiding them toward achieving those objectives.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions and develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach grounded in your clinical expertise to provide practical interventions and therapies.

Our clients are adults who have been carefully screened to ensure their stability and appropriateness for telehealth counseling. You will work with low-acuity patients, focusing on those with manageable mental health challenges. Our intake process is thorough, allowing us to match you with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring you can provide effective support and care.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Full licensure to practice independently with no current disciplinary actions, specifically as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, with a commitment to client welfare.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using telehealth technology.

Successful candidates will typically have at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Previous experience working remotely within a telehealth environment is an advantage, but not mandatory. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of mental health disorders and appropriate intervention strategies.
