• Counsel clients on an individual basis through video chat to enhance their mental health and provide emotional support.
• Assist clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings, guiding them to gain insight into their behaviors and relationships.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults with lower acuity levels, having been thoroughly screened prior to receiving services. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland, allowing you to practice independently.
• Ability to conduct professional evaluations, make informed decisions, and implement effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to client well-being.
• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic recordkeeping.

• Experience working with clients in detox or substance abuse recovery settings.
• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual counseling services.
