• Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to support clients in their mental health journey.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences, aiding them in achieving greater self-awareness and improving their interpersonal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for your clients by helping them identify and set realistic goals tailored to their needs and aspirations.
• Conduct assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop customized treatment plans that employ solution-focused strategies guided by your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

At Clear Skies, you will work with a carefully screened clientele comprising stable adults who have low acuity mental health needs. Our screening process ensures that you will not be assigned high-risk or severe mental health cases, allowing you to dedicate your expertise to clients who are in a position to benefit from counseling. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must be fully licensed by the state board to practice independently without supervision, holding designations such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a sympathetic and compassionate nature, to build rapport with clients.

While specific experience in telehealth counseling is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for application. We value resilience and a growth mindset, encouraging applicants who are willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment. Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings will be viewed favorably.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
