Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

  • Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals for therapy.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to assess clients' mental health conditions, and create and implement tailored treatment plans following a solution-focused approach.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will consist of pre-screened adults presenting low-acuity mental health concerns, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment. You'll be matched with clients whose needs align with your specialties and demographic preferences, enabling you to provide the most effective care possible.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, fully licensed credential allowing you to practice independently, which may include:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Capacity to perform professional evaluations, make informed treatment recommendations, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
  • Proficient computer literacy for efficient use of counseling technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a remote counseling role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
