Role Summary

Your role is to identify, build, and develop relationships with qualified home service business owners who could benefit from GrokOn’s services.
You will learn about each prospect’s challenges, qualify the opportunity, introduce the right solutions, and work with the GrokOn team to move strong opportunities toward a successful close.
You will not be responsible for building, implementing, or delivering the solutions yourself.

Company-generated leads are not guaranteed. Growth Advisors should be prepared to develop opportunities through their own network, outreach, referrals, and business-development activities.
Your Key Responsibilities

As a Growth Advisor, you will:

• Build relationships with home service business owners and industry partners.
• Identify prospects who match GrokOn’s target market.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Learn each prospect’s goals, challenges, and growth priorities.
• Introduce GrokOn’s solutions clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate demonstrations, proposals, and sales conversations.
• Work with the GrokOn team to move qualified opportunities toward a close.
• Follow the approved sales process and pricing guidelines.
• Keep prospect and opportunity information accurate in the approved CRM.
• Follow up consistently and communicate clearly.
• Protect client relationships by avoiding high-pressure or poor-fit sales.
• Stay connected with clients and referral partners after the sale.

A successful Growth Advisor consistently:

• Creates conversations with qualified home service business owners.
• Builds trust before asking for the sale.
• Maintains an active and organized opportunity pipeline.
• Follows up when promised.
• Uses the approved CRM and sales process.
• Represents GrokOn’s brand and values professionally.
• Works well with the GrokOn sales and fulfillment teams.
• Maintains at least a 30% close rate on qualified company-provided leads.
• Focuses on long-term client success, not just short-term commissions.

A qualified company-provided lead is a prospect who fits GrokOn’s target market, has expressed interest, and has the financial ability to purchase.

A Typical Week

During a typical week, you may:

• Reach out to business owners and contacts in your network.
• Attend industry, community, or networking events.
• Build relationships with referral partners.

• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Learn about a prospect’s current systems and growth challenges.
• Introduce the appropriate GrokOn solutions.
• Coordinate demonstrations and proposal meetings.
• Bring in the GrokOn team for technical or closing support.
• Update your opportunities and next steps in the CRM.

After a client signs, GrokOn handles onboarding, implementation, fulfillment, and ongoing support. You can stay focused on building relationships and creating new opportunities.
Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or guaranteed hourly compensation.
Growth Advisors can earn performance-based compensation on eligible business they help close. The compensation structure may include:

• Commissions on company-provided opportunities
• Enhanced earning opportunities on self-generated business
• Participation in eligible setup fees
• Additional incentives for developing other successful Growth Advisors
• Continued eligible compensation on certain active client accounts

Exact commission percentages, eligibility requirements, payment timing, and other compensation terms will be reviewed during the interview process and documented in the final Independent Contractor Agreement.
All services must be sold using approved company pricing. Unauthorized discounts may reduce the commission earned on a sale.
