Our agency is currently hiring Remote Outside Sales Representatives. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of a four-day workweek. We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering a great experience to prospective clients exploring insurance options. In this role, you will review a prospects current coverage, explain how insurance works, and recommend solutions that fit their budget and their familys needs.   • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly follow up.
  • Establish relationships with prospects and follow up as needed.
  • Work as a team to hold yourself and others accountable to their goals.
  • Work each day to hone your craft as an Insurance Sales Representative.

Requirements

Must complete the personality assessment and problem solving quiz. We will not reach out for an interview until both are 100% complete.

  • Remote work experience is required.
  • Must have a secure, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet, computer or laptop, and dual monitors.
  • Insurance experience is required.
  • Both P&C and L&H insurance licenses are required.
  • Must be coachable and able to follow directions.
  • Must have a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
