Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients in improving their mental health and well-being.
• Encourage clients to explore and discuss their emotions and experiences, fostering insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them establish and work towards achievable therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental conditions and design personalized treatment plans that employ solution-based methodologies grounded in your clinical expertise.
• Utilize an integrated therapy platform that functions as your virtual office for live sessions, messaging, and client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will engage with at Abundant Health Care Counseling Center are individuals who have been carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults presenting low acuity mental health needs. This allows our counselors to focus on delivering thoughtful, individualized treatment without the added pressure of working with severe mental health cases. Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and active state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic disposition.
• Proficiency with technology and computer applications, facilitating virtual sessions and client management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your working hours. Additional benefits include:
