Work Environment

This is a remote outpatient role, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. We provide a state-of-the-art counselor dashboard as your personal online office, equipped with tools for scheduling, client communications, and billing. Our structured onboarding process enables new therapists to start seeing clients quickly, often within just 1-3 days, depending on state licensing. All administrative tasks are streamlined, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping clients achieve mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual counseling sessions via video chat to adults experiencing emotional difficulties.
• Engage in thorough assessments and care planning for clients, identifying issues such as anxiety, grief, stress, and relational problems.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused strategies drawn from your clinical experience.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while promoting healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress while adhering to best practices in confidentiality and ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable adults requiring support for low to moderate acuity mental health issues. Each client is thoroughly screened to ensure a focused and tailored therapeutic experience, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and provide impactful interventions. Our referral system ensures a steady stream of clients aligned with your expertise and treatment preferences.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, therapists must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• One of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R. Note that provisional licenses and those with disciplinary actions are not accepted.
• Strong computer literacy skills, enabling effective use of our digital tools and client management systems.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to individuals with:

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Specializations in areas such as trauma, grief, anxiety disorders, or family therapy.
• A proven track record of building rapport with clients and facilitating therapeutic progress.

Compensation and Benefits
