The position is entirely remote, providing you with the convenience of a telehealth framework that allows you to connect with clients securely and efficiently through video chat. Our platform provides all necessary technological support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality counseling services without the distraction of administrative tasks. Within the first 14 days, you can establish a personalized full caseload, ensuring you have ample opportunities to practice your expertise.

• Counsel clients individually via video chat, focusing on their mental health growth and stability.
• Facilitate discussions that empower clients to articulate their thoughts and emotions, fostering self-understanding and improving interpersonal relationships.
• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and working towards their therapeutic goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, designing and implementing treatment plans that leverage your clinical experience and solution-based methodologies.

Your clients will consist of prescreened individuals with stable mental health conditions, predominantly low acuity cases. This allows you to engage in productive therapy sessions where you can effectively apply your skills and interventions, promoting positive outcomes without the immediate pressures associated with high-acuity populations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold an independent license, including but not limited to, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Strong decision-making capabilities to develop treatment plans effectively based on client assessments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Proficiency in digital tools and telehealth platforms to ensure effective communication and documentation.
