We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform, reducing the barriers of entry for next-generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.

We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Senior Designer to join our growing team. This individual will lead creative direction, elevate our brand, and design powerful SaaS and AI experiences for the global venture capital community. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, storytellers, and engineers to craft visuals that inspire founders, investors, and our team—making our venture ideas look as smart as they truly are.

The Senior Designer’s responsibilities include:

What You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital, product, or brand design

  • Experience designing for SaaS, web, and AI-driven products
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • High emotional intelligence and intuition
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with feedback and data
