Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual mental health evaluations and risk assessments using secure telehealth platforms.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to enhance their understanding and management of conditions.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and telehealth regulations to guarantee client confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
