This role primarily involves working with adult clients who are seeking therapy for various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. • A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• An active professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Texas, ensuring that you are authorized to practice and provide therapy to clients.
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating your capacity to handle various presenting issues.
• Exceptional writing skills, enabling you to create clear and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans.
• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions from any licensing boards, reflecting your integrity and commitment to the field.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is particularly effective for a wide range of mental health issues.
• Experience working in an online or teletherapy setting, allowing for a smooth transition into our virtual care model.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
