• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, maintaining the highest ethical standards and a compassionate approach.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques to effectively address client concerns and facilitate their progress.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, assessing their goals and establishing actionable steps to reach them.
• Provide insightful therapeutic interventions that help clients understand their experiences, emotions, and relationship dynamics.
• Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment tenure, adjusting strategies to ensure the most effective outcomes.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms to tackle life challenges and enhance their quality of life.

You will primarily work with stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health needs. Your role will be crucial in providing support for a diverse array of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges. The focus on low-acuity cases allows you to foster significant growth in clients, developing their skills and resilience in handling everyday stressors.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted independent license: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Ability to maintain a professional standard without limited or provisional licensing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine, empathetic demeanor.
• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy, including video conferencing platforms.

• Prior experience in a remote therapeutic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience working with clients in a community health setting or related environment preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and family systems approaches is a plus.

Emory Health & Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked.
