Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a professional and supportive atmosphere.

• Create and continuously refine individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, monitoring their progress throughout the therapy process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently, such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses, and candidates must indicate their credentials and the state of licensure when applying.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and understanding approach to client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills, necessary for navigating teletherapy platforms and maintaining client records.
• A reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions, alongside a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a teletherapy environment or familiarity with digital counseling platforms.
• Prior experience in providing mental health counseling to diverse populations, particularly adults dealing with low-acuity mental health challenges.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and the ability to apply these effectively in a virtual setting.
