This position allows you to provide critical mental health care through an innovative telehealth platform, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance while supporting clients in need.

About the Organization

At Pacific River Counseling, LLC, we pride ourselves on connecting licensed mental health therapists with clients seeking support. • Employ evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat emotional and mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and grief.
  • Educate clients on mental health issues and equip them with coping strategies and skills for effective decision-making.
  • Document sessions in compliance with regulations while focusing on client care and lessening administrative burdens.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults seeking help for low-acuity issues. This demographic typically encompasses individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, and other manageable mental health concerns, allowing for focused and therapeutic engagements. Your efforts will greatly enhance their well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • An independent license in good standing—either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Demonstrable computer literacy, enabling effective use of our online platform and client management systems.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following attributes will enhance your candidacy:

  • Experience working within a telehealth setting or familiarity with online client management tools.
  • A background in providing therapy to adults with diverse needs and varying degrees of mental health concerns.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, depending on experience and client load.
