• Conduct virtual one-on-one sessions with clients via video chat, assessing their mental health and providing therapeutic support.
• Encourage open discussions around emotions and experiences, helping clients gain valuable insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Create tailored treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach, drawing upon your clinical experience and expertise.
• Advocate for clients, assist them in defining personal goals, and monitor progress toward achieving these goals.
• Utilize the therapy platform to engage with clients through various mediums, including live sessions and secure messaging.

You will primarily be working with stable, low-acuity adults who present a range of mental health needs. Our aim is to equip these individuals with the necessary tools and strategies to improve their mental health, ultimately fostering a higher quality of life. You'll be entrusted to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring a personalized and empathetic approach to cater to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licenses as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrable computer literacy and an ability to work with digital platforms to deliver care effectively.

• Experience with telehealth methodologies, particularly in utilizing virtual platforms for counseling and therapy sessions.
• Background in working with adult clients facing mental health challenges.
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and formulating clinical treatment plans.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients and create a supportive therapeutic environment.
