• Conduct private and confidential mental health counseling sessions via video chat, maintaining a high standard of ethical practice and compassionate care.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and benchmarks to track their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate in-depth discussions with clients, helping them to gain insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and observed outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptive counseling approach.

This role primarily focuses on providing care for stable and low-acuity adult clients who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, and transitional life issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients build effective coping mechanisms and fostering meaningful insights, contributing to their overall stability and personal development.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
• Experience with remote therapy delivery or a strong willingness to adapt to using telehealth methods effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on establishing rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• A commitment to practicing cultural competence and providing inclusive care to diverse populations.

• Prior experience offering mental health counseling through teletherapy.
• Understanding of various therapeutic techniques and modalities suitable for individual therapy.
• Experience in managing client relationships and retaining caseloads effectively.
