You will utilize our user-friendly counselor portal for scheduling, booking clients, and conducting video consultations. While working independently, you will have the support of a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering high-quality care.

• Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video platforms, ensuring a supportive and understanding environment for clients.
• Employ solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the personal goals and challenges of your clients, integrating their feedback into the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate client self-exploration, helping them gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor treatment progress, adjusting plans as necessary, and assist clients in building healthy coping strategies to manage life's challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Illinois.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision.

• Proficiency in technology, as counseling will be conducted primarily using telehealth platforms.

• Previous experience in providing online counseling services is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques.
• A passion for continuous professional development and a desire to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.
