This fully remote position offers a dynamic work setting that promotes work-life balance. We offer flexible working hours, with options for full-time (over 30 hours/week) or part-time (over 5 hours/week) schedules, allowing you to create a work routine that fits your lifestyle. As a member of our team, you will operate from a home office and utilize user-friendly technology for client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and effective therapy delivery.

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring that services are delivered in a manner that respects client confidentiality and dignity.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, adjusting approaches as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Guide clients in acquiring coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills, empowering them to handle life’s challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.
• Keep accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress while maintaining minimal paperwork to increase time spent with clients.

This role primarily focuses on stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. You will work with clients managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your approach will emphasize building strong therapeutic relationships to foster trust and open communication, essential components in supporting their mental health journeys.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current state license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD) with independent licensure to practice without supervision.
• Experience with telehealth practices, alongside strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy, including familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining ethical standards in practice and a clear disciplinary record.

While candidates meeting the minimum qualifications will be considered, preference will be given to those who have experience working with telehealth technologies, as well as those who have an established background in counseling low-acuity clients. Familiarity with community health resources and proactive engagement strategies is also a plus.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent on hours worked and experience. In addition to a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, the role provides benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, with weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
