• Deliver ethical and empathetic mental health counseling via secure video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering their self-awareness and personal growth.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment approaches to help clients identify their goals and develop actionable plans for mastery of their challenges.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a profound understanding of clients' emotional needs.
• Strong proficiency in digital communication tools, including reliable access to a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions.
• A dependable internet connection to support uninterrupted video counseling sessions.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable, as this role requires adaptability to innovative virtual platforms.
• Prior work in detox or substance use treatment settings is advantageous, given the specific focus of our organization.
