Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video to help improve their mental health.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.
• Proficiency in making professional evaluations, informed decisions, and implementing effective treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for empathetic engagement and rapport-building with clients.
• Computer literacy, as you will be utilizing various digital platforms for counseling activities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on the hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our compensation package includes:
