As a licensed mental health therapist at Innvouz, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring compassionate, ethical, and confidential support.
• Employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing solution-focused techniques to foster progress.
• Designing comprehensive treatment plans that effectively address client concerns and goals.
• Helping clients achieve greater self-awareness regarding their emotions and interpersonal relationships, supporting them in their journey toward improved mental health.
• Tracking and evaluating client progress throughout their therapeutic journey and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

In this position, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and have unique experiences that require thoughtful, personalized approaches. Your role is crucial in providing them with the tools and insights necessary for long-term success and well-being.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• A track record free of disciplinary actions and limitations on licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our online platforms and documentation processes efficiently.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth services or those familiar with providing remote therapy using digital platforms will be highly regarded. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches will also be beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to an enticing compensation package, you will enjoy:
