This position ensures a flexible and accommodating work environment. As a fully remote role, therapists can craft their own schedules, benefiting from a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Our outpatient office model means that all interactions with clients occur through secure video chat from your designated space at home, fostering a comfortable and private setting for both clients and therapists.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express their emotions and experiences, fostering insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving their personal goals.
• Evaluate client mental health conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices.
• Utilize solution-focused approaches in therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives the most effective strategies for their circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• The candidate must possess a current and fully recognized licensure to practice independently in California, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Previous experience managing a diverse caseload and applying solution-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with administrative responsibilities.
• Experience working in a remote setting and utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is a significant advantage.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
