• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through secure video chat options, ensuring confidentiality and client comfort.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to develop and implement effective individual treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Regularly assess client progress throughout the treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to facilitate positive psychological growth.
• Engage clients in insightful discussions regarding their emotions, relationships, and experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health.
• Educate clients on healthy coping mechanisms and skills to manage everyday stressors and challenges outside of sessions.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Proficiency with technology and a commitment to using our counseling portal effectively.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment, working with diverse populations.
• A strong background in various therapeutic modalities, with an ability to apply them effectively to a wide range of clients’ needs.
• Experience using telehealth tools and platforms.

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on the hours worked and client engagement. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, a sign-on bonus, and the convenience of weekly direct deposit.
