• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients via virtual consultations to determine their specific mental health needs.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.
• Engage clients in setting meaningful goals and regularly monitor their progress towards these goals throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies, ensuring all information is accurate, concise, and timely.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative treatment and shared insights among team members.
• Commit to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on the latest mental health advancements and therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will primarily focus on adults who present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Licensing: Must hold an independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW), as issued by the state board. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and form actionable treatment recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy, active listening, and a supportive demeanor.
• Proficient in technology and telehealth applications, capable of managing electronic health records and virtual session tools.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with adult populations in mental health settings.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong understanding of therapeutic interventions.
• Prior experience in an outpatient environment is desirable as it aligns with our community-focused approach.
